A.O. Idowu obtained her Ph. D degree in Food Technology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She worked with the Food industry for some years before joining Redeemer’s University, Nigeria as a lecturer in the Department of Transport and Tourism studies. She later transferred her service to Mountain Top University as a lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Her research interests are in the area of food processing and food product development for improved nutrition and potential benefits for human health. Some of her research work have been in the areas of food product development, evaluation of food quality for customers’ satisfaction in hospitality management, food quality improvement and sustainability. Dr. Idowu is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Institute of Food science and Technology and Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria.
